Pragmatic Passion

You’ll see the word ‘Passion’ a lot on our site. We look for people who get excited about the learning, not just the technology. As a result, we tend to attract people from varied educational backgrounds. We hire people who want to change the learning world.

But we also hire people who are pragmatic enough to know that they are going to do it one step at a time, with lots of compliance courses to develop along the way. We’re hopeful that the strides we make in the corporate and government arenas can one day be used to advance education for all.
