Constrained Collaboration

We encourage our clients to participate in the design process to the extent that they feel comfortable. Within the organisation, our offices are setup to facilitate the cross-pollination of ideas. We don’t stick the tech guys in the corner with the servers. They roam freely on the plains with the sales team, instructional designers, learning consultants, graphic designers and other creative creatures.

Why the word constrained? Because we’ve found that unbridled creativity isn’t the best use of our client’s tight learning dollars. We’ve been successful in this space for many years and we’ve developed sound development methodologies that have underpinned that success and ensured quality. There’s a very good reason why roadmaps evolved.
