Learning Consulting

Our Learning Consultants help organisations promote the development of skills, knowledge and attitudes needed by staff to succeed in their roles. Learning Consulting assignments are as straight-forward as the identification of a targeted one-off learning intervention (self-paced paper, coaching or online) or as complex as an organisation-wide induction framework.

The nature of the assignment depends on your unique organisational requirements. During an assignment, a Learning Consultant first seeks to identify an organisation’s developmental goals and the barriers to achieving these goals. With a clear picture of the organisational challenge the consultant then recommends solutions to address that challenge.

Some of the problems we have solved include:

  • How can we structure our induction programs to decrease the time to job readiness?
     
  • A new piece of legislation has been introduced that will create organisational learning obligations. What’s the most efficient, effective way to meet these obligations?
     
  • We need to accelerate our customer service reps’ uptake of new product information to facilitate increased sales. What would you recommend?
     
  • Is there a way that we can test the eLearning-waters with a small, targeted online pilot?
     
  • Do we need a Learning Management System (LMS)? It seems like a major initiative and we’re just not sure.
