As ANZ's Global Cards embarked on a project to upgrade and modernise their Cards systems, the first stage was to implement VisionPLUS - a core system that would handle all transaction processing on ANZ credit card accounts. Online Learning Australia was asked to design a blended learning program that would ensure more than 1000 staff in Card Operations, Call Centres and the Branch Network were ready to use the new system on introduction.

The intensive Curriculum Planning phase involved consultation with key stakeholders to determine the frequent and critical business processes that new users of VisionPLUS needed to learn. Out of this intensive Curriculum Planning phase came the development of the blended learning strategy.
