St.George
Bank recently undertook a review of their approach to the
recruitment, employment and training of new staff. As part
of this initiative, the Bank identified the need for a public
corporate orientation module that focuses on the values, history
and structure of the group.
As the solution had
to appeal to a broad public audience, a variety of approaches
were explored. The final design was selected based on the
need to capture the viewers’ interest, be interactive
and informative and reflect the professionalism and innovative
nature of the group.
