When
the learner applies their new knowledge to the virtual customer,
the simulator responds with a range of behaviours from a virtual
hang-up through to the uptake of an additional product. At
each stage of the process learners are given feedback on their
choices.
The simulator links into
product information on St.George's Intranet - getting learners
into the habit of looking for information where they should
go to look for it. In much the same way, the simulator also
displays customer information (profiles, history, remarks)
in the systems format the learners would normally see it.
