Online Learning Australia created an induction experience that could be used in one of two ways. The first method played off the history of the new offices as NRMA Member Services had moved into the old Arnott’s Biscuit Factory. Guided by three ghost bakers, learners go on an exploratory journey of the building to discover the tattered remains of a long lost biscuit recipe. Through this exploration, learners become familiar with the locations and functions of different areas/departments within the building.
