Where content modules did not exist within an organisation, Online Learning Australia tailored our basic modules to include language and examples that would resonate with employees. Where it was necessary, we included branching within the modules so learners would be provided with material that was specific to their type of individual role. These learning decisions are based on our philosophy that compliance training should be used to further employee performance rather than just meeting a compliance requirement.
