This approach to the content acknowledges adult learning principles and utilises prior knowledge to get learners to reflect on their behaviour and beliefs. Each of these topics includes a central case study called “It Happened at Work” where learners are asked to explore "What is Happening?", "What are the Effects?" and "How can I help my colleague?"
