course uses powerful yet subtle case studies to get the learner
to explore work situations that depict inappropriate behavior.
A team profile exercise is introduced to make the course relevant
to each learner’s particular work environment and to
challenge them to think more broadly about diversity and discrimination.
Other key learning concepts, such as Point of View, are presented
through challenging interactive activities that highlight
the subtleties of the legislation.
The course includes randomised assessment that presents a
range of case study based questions. Learners who have completed
